How It Works
It is an Ionic-Adsorption Micro Filtration System. This advanced technology was developed, refined and proven through diligent, investigative research and testing performed by water purification specialists, researchers and engineers.
Removal of contaminants with carbon is a surface phenomenon known as adsorption, resulting from the molecular attraction of substances to the surface of the carbon, as the bottle is pressed and the source water is forced through the filter.
The rate of adsorption is determined by the quality and volume of carbon used. The filter has been calculated to yield the greatest volume removal of toxic chemicals caused by pollution of industry and agriculture.
This exclusive filter also incorporates proprietary adsorbing media's that are impregnated into the micro-porous filter for IONIC adsorption of pollutants passing through the filter. The high tech porous plastic micro-filter system contains thousands of interconnected omni-directional pores resulting in a "torturous path" that cannot be duplicated by any other porous materials creating an extremely tight maze for pathogens to travel.
